1. BUSINESS SUPERVISOR

Working locations: Hanoi and surrounding provinces, Central Highlands region including Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa. Number of positions available: 10 staff members/Province-City Gender: Male/Female Salary: 10,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND Job Description – Conduct market surveys, search for and expand market presence in the assigned area. – Implement and oversee business activities in the assigned geographical area. – Take responsibility for business planning, ensuring product coverage and distribution through optimizing the sales team. – Develop effective relationships with the market to achieve business goals. – Specific job details will be discussed directly during the interview. Job Requirements – University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related economic fields. – Passionate about sales, quick-witted, lively, and able to work independently. – I have the ability to travel for work – I have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in wood painting, water-based painting, or related fields such as construction materials and manufacturing materials. Gender: Male/Female Job description – Consulting, introducing, and promoting the company’s products. – Conduct market surveys, search for and expand the market in the area. – Take care of existing customers and develop new customer relationships. – Take responsibility for monitoring, urging, and collecting customer debts. – Receive and carry out instructions and assignments from direct supervisors. – Implement and supervise business activities in the assigned geographical area. – Develop effective relationships with the market to achieve business objectives. – Specific job details will be discussed directly during the interview. Job Requirements: – Graduate from Intermediate level or higher in majors such as Business Administration, Marketing, and other economic sectors. – Passionate about sales, quick-witted, energetic, able to work independently and as part of a team. – Ability to travel for work. – At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent position. Candidates with experience in wood painting, water-based painting, or related fields such as construction materials, manufacturing materials, and industrial experience are preferred.
